What Are Our Commission Rates: Our realtors charge 15% for annuals, 20% for seasonal. When it comes to the shorter term rentals our rates go up commensurate with the monthly rental fee. They charge 20% for 6 month or longer rentals, 25% for 3 to 5 month rentals, and 30% for one or two month rentals. It's important to note that these higher commission rates for the shorter term rentals are naturally based on higher monthly rates, netting the homeowner more income too; since these shorter term tenants know that there is a premium for furnished and shorter term rental properties.
